Hi, Are you Tanya? If you are, Hi! If your name is not Tanya, hi anyway. My name is Nancy Kunhardt Lodge and I'm writing to ask you to please review my book, The Crystal Navigator. It's about eleven year-old Lucy Nightingale who goes on a magical adventure back in time to recover her confidence, which she lost when her mind went blank during an oral report. With her Wise One, a funny Corgi, named Wilbur, Lucy flies back in time, meets five great artists, helps them with their most famous paintings, even jumps into some of them, and faces scary challenges. Lucy is a high frequency thinker, which means she can focus a huge amount of energy on wishing for something. She has to do something spectacular at the end of the book in order to escape from Van Gogh's Starry Night. This is a story about the power of thought, about flying on a starry night, about wishing, and finding the magic inside you. I hope you decide to review my book. If you do review it, would you be kind enough to write me a letter about your thoughts? My most treasured mail are letters I have gotten from children, aged 9-12, who have read the book.
